Steetprinting - your impression of the city
The aim of the workshop is to create large-scale, environmentally friendly works of art using the street environment of Bromölla. The work will be shown at Ifö Center Konsthall. In addition, each participant can also print a custom t-shirt or cloth bag (fairtrade and cotton) which is included in the course fee.
Emma France Raff is internationally renowned for her urban environment prints. She creates beautiful graphic prints on textiles from old manhole covers and other reliefs found in our everyday environment. The expressions differ from place to place. The workshop gives participants and viewers a new way to experience the city. A parallel theme is recycling, environment and justice. The course is translated into Swedish. All material is included. Anyone who wishes, may also bring their own old clothes or other used textiles to print on (but not newly purchased items which are not fair trade marked).
The course includes all materials, environmentally friendly textile and coffee.
